The room was just ok. The light switches were in odd locations, the window was difficult to open, and the AC felt like all it did was make noise (not change the temperature at all). However, the staff was attentive and friendly.

They offer complimentary shuttle from the airport but when i called to confirm they said it was only offered from the hotel. I had to call hotels.com to get them honor the service

Not an airport hotel at all

The hotel was nice and clean, but it is NOT an airport hotel. It is far away from the airport. We choose this hotel and we thought there would be the airport shuttle in the morning (10 a.m) when we had to go to the airport. But there was not. The receptionist gave us even an paper where this service was also mentioned. And when I asked about the service he said "oh now, we dont have it now. So you should take the bus or taxi". (the bus stop was about 700 m away). I told that we made the reservation because we wanted the free service! But when I asked about the taxi and the price, if they would compensate it somehow. No they dont, he said, "the price of the taxi would be 22 euros". We decided to take the taxi, because we had large bags. The price was 27 euros, so that is the "free" service of that hotel. There would have been one shuttle that day, but just 30 minutes before our flight leaves... So please do not trust that there is that service, because there is not.
