Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas
AC not properly working in our. Last night they had to move us in another suite due to rotting smell. Did not offer any compensation although we had been there for many nights. Never go in this hotel again

Novotel Madrid Center
Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places ...
