Staff was friendly and very helpfuf. Room was clean and well stocked. However, the bathroom door was warped and hinges were rusty. It would not close properly. The wall paper was peeling in several areas. The view of the lake was obscured by the parking lot for the ferry. Did like that the ferry was in walking distance of our room.

Property was good enough for sleeping. Room was clean but our room didn’t have a microwave. Not sure if it’s just our room but check and see before booking definitely. Place is close to the ferry and walking distance to downtown Mackinaw It said that breakfast was included in our stay and there was nothing. So before you book your stay, FYI no breakfast. We left Sunday and the lobby was locked and they have a sign on the door . Overall place was good enough for what we were doing

Room was very clean staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms view was great of Lake Michigan...the only thing I didn't like was my reservation had to be updated cause they assigned us the wrong room ,but staff corrected it in a timely manner.

The view was amazing!!! It was with in walking distance to the ferry to get to the island. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Holes from things previously hung on the walls. No microwave.

Location was wonderful. Having multiple properties check in at one motel is strange. Located next to the ferry yet we weren't told by the staff that ferry tickets were cheaper thru the hotel. Also wasn't told maid service was only available upon request, 24 hours before needed. No outlets on one side of the bed to plug in chargers. Lamp couldn't be plugged in.

Well-cleaned room and kind staff. Scenic view and convenient location right next to the ferry terminal. Waterfront view was gorgeous! I was a little concerned about the mildew smell in the room and they didn’t seem to clean the outside patio area, which was full of cobwebs and spiders. But the room itself was fine.

Needs an update. No one took our old towels or replaced our towels. We went and found housekeepers to get towels. Nothing on the phone said front desk or housekeeping. Doors to the outside don’t lock. It served the purpose! We slept and we were clean!
