Great for families with kids. Right on the water. Waterpark inside the facility. The front desk can get ferry tickets and shuttle to Mackinac Island. A little dated but clean spacious rooms. Excellent location.

The staff was amazing, especially the manager! The room worked well for our needs. The kids loved the waterpark, however the hot tub was a little too hot. The shuttle to the ferry was a huge perk! Also the ability to buy ferry tickets at the hotel was very helpful.

We had a great corner king suite with balcony right over the beach. Beautiful views. Room was well equipped. Nice and quiet. Only unfortunate thing was the smokers in balcony under ours and the weed smokers on the beach at night stunk it up so bad we couldn’t use the outdoor space.

Room and bathroom were clean. Pool only have working water park for kids 5 and under and the lazy river. The bigger slides that are advertised and the pool that goes with them is closed and taken apart. The pool deck is green with algae and needs a really good scrub. The beach access is nice and shallow for quite a ways out. Bring water shoes as it is rocky in the water.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The gentleman at the check in were extremely friendly! Room was very nice, beds were comfy, the balcony view was great! Only issue we had was the sliding screen door didn’t open well, and the screen was falling off, but we made it work! Also the door going to the balcony would not lock. But still 10/10 !! We will definitely go back again!

Nice location where we could see the sunrise. It was accommodating to pets which was a bonus. The waterpark was not fully operational, hopefully they can repair and get the bigger slides up and running. Our trip was not focused on the indoor waterpark so it didn’t bother us too much.

Overall it was an ok place to stay. Pros: amazing views of the lake amd the bridge. The beach area is clean and has lots of chairs for seating. There are firepits but you have to buy the wood. The waterpark is ok they really need to cover the unusable pool because that is gross but the other pool, splash area and lazy river are ok. Pool temps were nice and warm and water looked clean. Rooms are ok as well, honestly just need updates some new sheets and bedspreads would make a big difference. The bathroom needs a new shower curtain it was gross. But again overall for the cost, views and location it was ok.

Everyone was so helpful especially the young man who checked us in. Kids LOVED the Waterpark section. Great view of the lake and bridge from our room. Only downside was there was no breakfast. And a place to grab something quick was hard to find. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
