"The service, the food, and concierge service is amazing. The property itself is beautiful. The staff is great. Bruno is an amazing host. They really take care of you and want you to have a great experience. I booked several activities with their concierge service after coming from Machu Picchu. They accommodated some last minute requests and I am so happy that I used their concierge service instead of looking elsewhere to explore the Sacred Valley. They have the best communication and I...

"Fabuloso lugar y la atención de todo su personal es de mita alta categoría. Sin duda, recomendaré a mis amistades visitar este hotel."

"I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well."

"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

"Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der Stadt in ruhiger Lage. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und alles wirkt sehr familiär. Das Bett war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt."

"great"

"Nice place, near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful room, just a bit noisy. No A/C, so have to keep the patio door open. No fans available, so bring a small travel one if necessary. Would stay again, beautiful little town."

"Gracias"

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, mit frischen Obst und Säfte. Das Dorf ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Minivans und Mototaxis. Essen gehen würde ich eher in Urubamba empfehlen. Aber das Beste war das King Size Bett mit Daunendecke."

"It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...

"Very nice property in a quiet area with amazing mountains view."

"Una increíble estancia! Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar, Miqueas super amable y nos dieron facilidades dado el poco tiempo que teníamos para disfrutar todo. Super recomendado!"

"I stayed one day/night at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic. This is not a luxury hotel, but the views, gardens, and food were excellent! The staff at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and respectful."

"We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...
