"Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back."

"Our stay at the Typikala Boutique Hotel had some positives, but overall did not match a four-star experience. The staff was kind—Victor the bellboy was especially helpful, and the front desk and housekeeping teams were pleasant. Breakfast was decent. However, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room also felt worn and below standard. At around $100/night, expectations are lower, but labeling this as a four-star...

"We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!"

"The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!"

"It’s a wonderfully quirky layout. They do a great omelet for breakkie and the beds are large bed comfortable. Great, safe location. Wifi is pretty weak though…"
