Basic hotel in Aguas Calientes right in the heart of the town. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond to help make our stay great. Most importantly they let us shower after visiting Machu Picchu and we had already checked out. They also offered to meet us at the train station but we were walking up and found the place fairly easily. The rooms facing the street can get a bit noisy from all of the hustle and bustle.
The hotel goes by a couple of names so read the email carefully from the hotel.
Room was very nice. Hotel was hard to find, but restaurant workers along the way gave good directions. Wifi ok. Room very noisy due to nearby busunesses' sound systems.
Front desk moved us to a mucn better location. Very helpful.
The staff at this hotel are the best I have ever come across and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. They help print tickets. They help explaining the area and machu picchu they even put breakfast on at 4.30am for the early starters. They keep your bags safe. They are the friendliest nicest people. Much better than expected the level of service was superb throughout. With this type of service they should be charging more!! The best place to stay in aguas calientas!!!
The Hotel staff was excellent. Very clean rooms. The only thing I would change is the moisy guests. Hotel should have a policy for guests that include the respect to ther guests.

The place is sufficient for our intention, a place to stay for the night. However when we were there there were many young people booked at the same time, and that created a lot of noise during the night. And there were litters all over the floor.
Excelente custo xbenefício!Melhor recepção do Peru
The service at this hotel is beyond expectations. We had accidentally printed our reservation for Machu Picchu rather than the ticket. The staff helped us sort it out with an abundance of patience.
The breakfast is one of the better free ones you’ll find.
The room itself is clean and large. The pillows are the best I’ve found in Peru! It’s a little noisy, but it seems anywhere in Aguas Calientes will be noisy unless you want to pay a lot.
Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend it.
Dear future Machu Picchu travelers,
I highly recommend you stay at Casa Blanca Classic! Hernan and Alexander’s hospitality and attention to detail made me feel as though I were at home! I want to thank them, for making my stay there one of the best experiences!
Don’t hesitate on picking another place to stay, this place is great!
