"The room was spotless and one of the most unique views in the world. The staff really went out of their way from meeting us at the train station to get our luggage to finding us the very best guide for Machu Picchu. 10 of 10"

"The hotel was great! Convenient to the town center, clean, awesome balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was tasty too! They also let us store our luggage while at Machu Picchu. We had a great time!"

"I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel.
The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!!
The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal...

"Good location, good breakfast, , request to pick up at train station on arrival, for delivery luggages to train station on departure. Very helpful and friendly staffs, 24 hrs free tea and coffee"
