"The checkout time was different from what was listed on the platform. Expedia stated that checkout was at 10:00 AM, but the hotel required us to check out at 9:00 AM. We tried to ask for a later checkout, especially since it seemed that only a few rooms were occupied, but they were not able to accommodate the request.
The hotel is also located quite close to the river, which made the room feel very humid. The bed and bedding also felt damp, which made the stay less comfortable.
In addition, the front desk staff’s English was quite limited, which made communication a bit difficult. Overall, considering these factors, I personally don’t feel the hotel offers the level of value that an 9/10 rating would suggest."
"Ant infestation, they’ll lose the items you check in, and staff walks into your room by accident when you’re sleeping at 6 am while you’re in your pjs and undergarments.. food gave my friend food poisoning.. staff is unreliable and unprofessional. 0/10 bad service! "
"Pros: Dirt cheap approx $50 usd per day. Location 2 minute walk from the train.
Cons: Advertised free breakfast however it was non existent today. 1 towel per person per day! We were told if you book a two bed room you can only use 1 bed? The view was a shanty. Camilla was nice. "
"Unbelievable stay! We did the First Light Experience with breakfast and it was one of the most memorable things we have ever done! The staff were truly outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Yes, it is alot of money to stay at this resort, but it was truly a once in a lifetime experience! "
