"The hotel is actually a ship on a river where car cannot reach. But the hotel did not provide any assistance to carry our 2 super huge luggage,1 small luggage, and 2 large backpacks in the rain to the hotel. The facility is very old and not maintained well. "The room and hotel were nice. The location has a great view but isn’t really walkable from all the sites as it is up quite a sharp hill. The staff were helpful in calling me a taxi to go downtown but it was difficult to hail down a taxi to get back to the hotel from the City center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!"
