If you are traveling to Skopje this is a must stay at option. The apartment is very clean and very convenient to the square (about a 10-15 min walk) with lots of restaurants nearby as well. On site parking is also great especially in a city where parking is kind of crazy. Absolutely loved our stay here a highly recommend.

Recently stayed at the executive suites, had amazing communication with the providers, the room was well kept, very close to the Centre of Skopje with only 10 minute walking distance, so there was no need to use a taxi service. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by also. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends, than you executive suites!

Amazing Stay

Dancho gave me instructions forward so everything was easy, great communication i felt at home right away. The location close to the city center (like 10-15 minutes depending of the person it can be less), bars nearby (for those that went to have few drinks), convenience stores at 3 minutes walk. Definitely the place i would come back for another stay! Thanks for everything Dancho 😎

Everything was great from the start. The room was very clean and cozy, it was a nice location to access city centre. Especially Dancho, manager, was really kind and friendly. If you are planning to come to Skopje that’s where you should stay.

Clean and modern apartments. Communication with the property was excellent. On site parking is convenient, although space is very tight. Numerous restaurants are close by and major sites of Skopje are within walking distance.

Communication was great all the way through from check-in to check-out. The apartment had all the advertised amenities and was in great condition and quite spacious. The area is full of bars and restaurants, you'll be spoiled for choice. We also benefited from the underground parking, which came in really handy.

Dancho was a great host, very easy to contact and really helpful and accommodating! We landed hours before check in and he let us put our bags somewhere safe whilst the cleaners prepared our room. The apartment was gorgeous, in a central location and Skopje itself was incredible. I would only ever stay here if I came back to Skopje in the future!

The property was clean and well maintained ....kitchenette was very small....toilet was also very small....no mirror in any room ...AC was good ...parking space was very small and difficult to park a big car ...you have to contact the owner to park the car

It was a great stay for me, the property was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The location is one of the best in Skopje lots of cafes, restaurants, and people going out. The owner was very nice and understanding as well. One thing I want to note is the parking situation, it’s a bit of a problem so I recommend you just pay the 5 euro a day at the property.
