"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the Christmas in July decorations. Excellent location, short walk to Echo Point and Scenic World. The only minor negative is that there’s no coffeemaker in the room, just packets of instant coffee. "
"It was a busy weekend due to a League game at the stadium, but the staff on reception handled the check-in very well and were friendly & informative.
Was able to pull up car at the front, Checkin & then proceed down to carpark ($25). With lift from carpark to floor we stayed on.
The room size was still fine with an extra rollout bed for a 3rd person."
"Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets and space.
The hotel is showing its age. The bathroom could do with some attention with what looked like mold around the faucets in the bath and the shower over the bath. Carpets in the main lobby area are either very old or in need of a good cleaning.
Staff were helpful and the included breakfast was a good option.
