"The hotel property was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the sliding glass door in the shower would not stay closed. We stuffed a towel in the grove between the doors and it still slide open."

"Great breakfast!"

"bathroom vanity was broken, dated furniture with stains all over. Breakfast was included which was reasonable for the price of room, but overall, it's a 2 stars experience"

"Nice"

"I liked the location, I didn’t like the property is not updated."

"The whole place needs updating, beds and pillows were not comfortable, our AC fan did not work, the drapes were barely hanging on the curtain rod, the one office chair was extremely worn with one arm almost completely missing. Worst stay at a La Quinta we’ve ever experienced."

"A/C worked great, but rattled. Hot water was awesome, but the hotel is old and there is just no nice way to say it, but it needs updating and real maintenance, not just bailing wire and duct tape. Maybe for the typical price it is mildly acceptable, but we were there on a busy weekend, for Austin, and we paid 5 star hotel rates for a 2 star facility. "Room neat. Minimal staff. Did not do breakfast. A/C worked well."

"I used the room only for sleeping, yet the condition of the room made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I found four cockroaches in the bathroom and near the refrigerator, and there was a gap between the headboard and the wall where a spider came out from. These issues made it difficult to relax, and I had several terrible nights during my stay."

"The front desk staff were kind and as helpful as they could be, the room itself was pretty subpar. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose, the bed was not very stable and made noises when I adjusted in the night, the AC and fridge were very loud and made it hard to sleep, and the blinds didn't close all the way. These items, coupled with the fact that it's right off the interstate, made for a pretty rough couple of nights of sleep. I expected that a suite would at least have utensils but...

"Cheap and between airport and downtown"
