The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor."

"I booked a two-week stay at JMR through Expedia expecting the level of quality and hospitality the resort was once known for.
