the room was good, cozy and clean. service was good, the front desk, ushers, valet etc... are were helpful. still don't know why water bottles are a commodity i was excepting two big water bottles, there two small but it is a small issue. also i found a small beetle inside the room but it was possibly because we opened the windows and came from outside, but overall all was super clean and comfy.

Very nice hotel. The staff were helpful with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable and a good comfortable bed with a large flat screen tv. It is also a very good location. On one side you have "Zaituna Bay" where you can stroll next to the sea with very nice restaurants. On the other side you have the "Corniche" where you can also stroll along the coast. both just 5 min walk from the hotel. There is also good wify connection which is normally hard to find in Lebanon these days even in hotels. A very nice thing is also that there are double balcony doors so that you don't hear any traffic outside. I would definitely stay there again. Many thanks to all the staff at the hotel.

Very nice hotel. The staff are polite and helpful with everything you need. The room was very clean, comfortable and a good comfortable bed with a large flat screen tv. It is also a very good location. On one side you have "Zaituna Bay" where you can stroll next to the sea with very nice restaurants along the coast. On the other side you have the "Corniche" where you can also stroll along the coast. both just 5 min walk from the hotel. By pure chance I found out that El Sheikh hotel and this particular hotel have the same owner! I must say I am incredibly impressed because among hundreds of hotels, these two hotels are the best in my opinion in terms of value for money, service, location, comfort and cleanliness. The owner of these hotels must be a really smart businessman! Due to the fact that there have not always been rooms available, I have changed between these two hotels, and have been incredibly satisfied so far.
