"The staff were great and even let us have a later checkout. Beds were comfy, 4 pillows each, some soft and some firm. Nightlight in the bathroom was very nice. Full breakfast including a waffle station. Yes, there was a hole at the bottom of bath door that obviously a dog previously made, and a hole in the lower part of the business center, but so what? Everything worked. The price was great, so this was a really good value."

"I booked the motel and got a confirmation. I was going to be a late arrival after 11 pm. I got to the hotel and it was closed. There were large cardboard boxes everywhere and ladders all over the place and no cars. I had to find a hotel at almost midnight. I hope I don't get charged for my reservation at Country Inn."
