"The room was jice and spacious. The TV was wonky like rhey have had several issues with its positioning on instalation so it was not straight. The position of the Tv in relation to the spfa or bed was awkward. The table next to the sofa was broken, not an issue for us since we have no use for it but we brought it to the staff's attention since we didnt want to have any issues due to damages. The bathroom was missing a towel fixture. The bathroom had a motion sensor in the toilet area. I personally hate lights going off or in this case on at night so I didn't care for it. Otherwise the hotel itself was good. We absolutely loved the breakfast. "

"The new hotel and spa was amazing. It’s across the street from the beach and has an amazing view, especially from the pool. The amenities are amazing and the rooms are astonishing. We’ve been waiting to stay here since it was being built. It did not disappoint. "

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was warm and friendly and went above and beyond for us. The place was super clean. We have stayed here before and we would come back again. "

"Shower was beyond filthy. It was full of toilet paper. Possibly a drain back up. Which happens but was not cleaned obviously. None of the outlets worked. Staff was nice and apologetic but offered no compensation. "

"If your assigned room 220 ask for a different room. Very noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Overall the hotel is nice, but the restaurant and bar close a little early."
