Convenience is my priority!

This place is affordable, but reserve rooms early because the price might increase and there could be no vacancies. If you need to leave early on a weekday, do so before 6:00 A.M. if possible or prepare for the morning traffic going North to work. Bring a cushion for the backrest on the hard chair.

The property was good for the price point. Clean bathroom and room, AC worked, so did fridge and Microwave. The owners live on site and are nice. I had to exchange my towels because they were dirty and he helped me. I recommend taking your own pillow or towels if you can. The pillows are thin and small with no firmness.

Bring necessities for a more comfortable stay!

This was not the best place I have stayed in, but sufficient enough. We can park in front of our rooms, if somebody did not occupy those spots already. If the office is closed, you can contact the clerk from the outer window by ringing the bell. Unfortunately, there were no soft couch chairs available and I suggest bringing a seat cushion for the hard backrest on the wooden one or use one of the pillows. The room contained the basic needs (refrigerator, microwave, television) and everything appeared to be fully functional (thermostat, hot water). It would help to have a clock and box of napkins available, but I normally use my own anyway. Bring a pair of slippers because they have hardwood floors and your own soap, but keep the samples. The mattress was not soft and I just slept on the bed cover. Ask the clerk for the WiFi password while checking in, if it is not provided. The key card can be tapped on the door like a credit card at self-checkout registers and slipped through a mail slot from outside when leaving, which slides onto the counter for convenience. I am willing to return here if necessary for overnight trips in Morgan Hill or Gilroy with early appointments scheduled the following day. It is only one story and not two without any stairs. During the last visit, my reservation was not recorded from hotels.com , but the clerk was kind enough to charge me the original rate after I showed him the receipt on my iPad during a late check-in.

It is a small place and the man checked me in was so slow. The room was dirty with stains on the sheets and top bedspread. I went to the office and he gave me a new set of sheets. Not gonna stay there again.

More affordable than most!

After I received my room key or card, the door to the room would not open twice after being activated and then I was assigned to a new one. Everything seemed to be fine, except the heater was cranky in room 127 and made a lot of noise while in operation. I had to pull the plug to turn it off. There was no clock or napkins, which we should bring with us when staying here and a seat cushion for the back rest on the chair. It is convenient to check in and out if arriving late and leaving early, without having to enter the lobby. It is only one story and not two, without any stairs.
