"The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was in general disrepair. The area was not ideal and there were questionable folks everywhere. I was traveling alone, so some of the louder tenants made me nervous and it was hard to sleep. The bed was clean though and reasonably comfortable. They are renovating a different wing and I think that will be great when it’s done."

The defuser for the tap in tub is Almost impossible to activate it for shower from tub filling. We bought 6 pounds of Bing Cherries from Oliver to take home so we put them in the fridge and were unable to find any switches to regulate the temperature. "Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied...

"We stayed in one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The unit was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space. A washer and dryer were provided and it was a great surprise since it's not an amenity I expect in a hotel. There were plates, mugs, bowls and silverware in the kitchenette. "The B&B was amazing - such a beautiful place to stay. Stunning views of the river from the whole property and the extensive garden. Great to have the hot tub too. Breakfast was delicious especially the French toast. Mike and Adriana had thought of everything you’d need. Plus super friendly! We had a good laugh!"
