Our family room was spacious, clean, with large bathroom with both bath and shower. Beds comfy and we had tea, coffee,kettle, fridge and microwave in our room...great overnight spot with lovely Italian restaurant just out of the driveway...

Room was generally clean, very basic room, it was super worth the price that we paid! Hair dryer upon request at the concierge, and the concierge was very friendly and nice. Just make sure to figure your way there earlier as bus timings are irregular, but it is 40 mins from the city which is not bad at all!!! Highly recommend.

Two star hotel. Handy stop over just off the motorway north of Lyon. Lots of restaurants close by. Room basic but clean, comfy bed. Recently decorated- plain but simple. Bathroom basic but clean. No extractor fan in the bathroom meant condensation on the outside window with lots of mould hence three stars for cleanliness

Exactly what we needed after a long drive

Arrived at 10:30pm after a 15hr drive from the UK. Checked in easily and we were able to park right outside the room. Very spacious, a double and a single bed with loads of room around the beds. Plenty of sockets including USB and USB-C either side of the double bed. Aircon, full sized fridge and microwave included (although didn't use). Spacious bathroom with shower over bath. Security gate and fencing all around the property. If you have an EV, there are Tesla Supercharges within a 5 min walk. Didn't stay for breakfast as we had to get back on the road.

Third time staying here. Great overnight stop on our road trip to/from Spain. Great value and the fridge is always handy for our roadtrip food.

Overall good value

Room was basic and cheap did have a good fridge but no facility to boil water for drinks or coffee/tea provided. Cannot complain given price but did have a bit of difficulty checking in as they said we had to pay tax and service charge but tax already paid to hotels.com and was just supposed to pay service charge.

Could do better

Air conditioning didn't work in the room, which was very hot, so a poor night's rest ahead of a long drive the next day. A more minor thing, the reading light by the bed wasn't working. I complained to reception in the morning but was just told "sorry". The hotel shares reception and eating facilities with the cheaper Premiere Classe hotel, but I hoped that paying more for the Kyriad would mean a better standard of room with things like air conditioning and lights working, but I was disappointed. Is it really necessary to ask as a special request ahead of arriving to have a room with working facilities?
