"The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. Our room was a little tired, could do with some general paint and decorating. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable, all very clean and a large room. Would definitely visit...

"The location was good for my visit to Lyndhurst. Room was small (nothing like the one in the picture) and overlooked a very busy main road. Ask for a room facing the carpark as the traffic noise went on untillate and started again very early. Breakfast was very good"

"Nothing was too much for Bunny and Murial.Excellent Customer service.Rest of the staff were lovely. Had a lovely room looking out onto the fields with beautiful views of the forest and horse's. Food was very nice. Couple of minutes walk to shopping area. Will be booking to stay again."
