"Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean.
We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday.
The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too.
We felt very secluded and private."

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic.
Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange.
If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees.
Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am.
Room wasn’t the cleanest.
Location is good."
"I had a very unpleasant experience choosing this airport hotel over another one which I had work related event at the next day. I stayed in the hotel for one day and since booking everything was below expectations. First, been told need to book car park and asked to send details then no response for hours. Had to call the hotel to be told sorry car park fully booked could have been saved a lot of time if proper response in time. Pushed to use airport car park which I did not want as triple the price so ended up asking my husband to travel for 3 hrs back and forth to drop me off.
Hotel itself, room was not properly maintained as described. Patches and stains everywhere. Found cups unclean and called reception to ask for new ones as just checked in, response was “they are not expected to be fully clean and you have to wash them” did not really understand how I am expected to check in a room which unclean drinkware ! Had to repeat myself 3 times until receptionist agreed to send me clean ones. While looking to get my coffee made, coffee machine full of dust inside and looks completely unhygienic. Had to ask the room service guy to take it along with the dirty cups and decided to use the kettle which was broken and almost burnt myself. Had to check out 2 hours earlier to get coffee and breakfast somewhere else as I did not want to be more stressed before my important event."
"A lovely stay for my daughter’s birthday weekend. I’d popped a note to this effect, in the special requests when booking. We arrived to a room with a view of the Thames and London Bridge. There was a birthday cake, drinks (Coke and Diet Coke!) alongside a lovely welcome letter. The hotel was in a perfect location with various places to eat out and positioned next to the Tower of London, which we visited the next day. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold choices and views to the Thames and Marina. Highly recommend."
