"We thought from Expedia's website that we were getting self catering, with living room/kitchen as well as the bedroom and bathroom, but we got bedroom and bathroom only. Not the owner's fault, but Expedia. Accommodation was okay, but we have stayed in better for similar/lower price. General area was nice."

"Really well placed for shops and pubs/restaurants etc., whilst still on a quiet enough residential street. After a very long journey in the heat really didn't want to get the car out again and was able to walk to the Tesco Express and back in less than ten minutes. Check-in and communication with host was great - we phoned twice and the call was answered immediately both times. "Fabulous accommodation in a lovely setting on a very quiet and well-maintained farm. Very spacious for 2 people, spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Great to have chickens and goats right in front of the property. Shirley was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful, and we loved the welcome gifts. Very dog-friendly with easy walking along a bridleway and the added bonus of a secure field to loose dogs in too. Would definitely recommend this property."
