The whole experience was fantastic. Friendly staff with good service. Comfortable rooms, lovely food, excellent pools. The area is beautiful and peaceful, a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of luxor.

Great relaxing family hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the service at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was spacious and beautifully lush, offering a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life. The pools were stunning—perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Each morning, the breakfast buffet impressed us with its wide variety of tasty options catering to all dietary needs. And every evening, we eagerly anticipated the dinner buffet, which was the perfect companion to breathtaking sunsets over the Nile. Truly a great place to stay.

One of the best holiday we have had so far! I know may people have commented on how beautiful the grounds of this property is, but i need to reiterate that is wonderfully gorgeous. The staff could not do enough to ensure our comfort, they were so courteous, warm and welcoming. I travelled with my teenagers and we had a fantastic few days. Thanks to the hardworking staff at Jolie Luxor.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Amazing view of the Nile. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is so much beauty on the Island. The food options were really good and resonably priced. We loved our stay here and would higly recommend.

Best place to stay in Egypt

This place was a million times better than anywhwere else we stayed including the nile cruise. If i had to do it again Luxor and this place would be my hub. The beds were comfy, the kids had room to play, the pool was nice, and we felt safe.

Our room was really spacious!! Could have been handicap accessible because it had that much space!! Staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive! The property is huge, so you are able to call for a cart to come pick you up! We ate at the Asian restaurant which was okay! Lobby is always busy but I would say the grounds are pretty quiet. The pool with slide obviously attracts more kids than the one located closer to the lobby. You will need an outlet adapter. The hotel does have some but we weren't able to get them to work. Pro Tip* the outlet in the bathroom under the hair dryer works with a normal US plug (wink)

GOOD: Great location with a calm Nile view. Big and comfortable room. Different swimming pools. Well-equipped gym. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian and vegan option. NEGATIVE: parking is far from the reception. it's supposed to have a golf car bur it was never around. We ordered vegan burger but was vegetarian with mayo inside. No late check out available but we could take a shower in the gym facility (cold shower).

Can not recommend enough

I've never left a hotel before being sad because I know I'll miss the staff, and this is coming from an avid traveller. I've never seen so many pure and kind smiles, and truly good souls making us feel at home. This staff should teach other hospitality institutions what exemplary service is. I can not recommend jolie ville and the staff enough, absolutely the best hotel stay I've ever experienced !
