"Great location over looking the Nile and the valley of the kings, hotel was very comfortable and I would recommend it Downside is the evening buffet is quite poor, very repetitive if you're staying for a few days . The breakfast is also the same and a few of our family had stomach issues which we raised but management failed to address. Overall The customer facing staff are great but when there is an issue the management failed."

"I’m fully happy with Pyramisa Hotel Luxor. Words cannot describe the beauty of this location. If heaven on earth needs to be seen it is here. We stayed there for 2 days, my kids loved it . We could see fabulous Nile view from our room. The calmness of Nile with backdrop mountains is beyond description. Staffs were phenomenal. The manager Wael allowed us to stay beyond check out for easiness of travel before flight . I would definitely recommend and will be staying there next time as well. Keep it up Pyramisa Hotel."
