Its exhausting & demoralizing, trying to keep a good mood & enjoy your trip while all Egyptians see "all tourists" as "marks". I have been all over the world to some of the most impoverished countries & never have I felt like I did in Egypt. "I left with a bad taste in my mouth because the tour company recommended by the hotel was horrible and when I went to leave my complaint in front desk the response was (super rude) that next time I would look for my tour online …. I left the property sad and disappointed, wanting to return to Luxor but not to stay with you guys. NEVER 👎 "

"We stayed in the family room (changed from double), as the double room was a dark pit. The family room was spacious for 2 people, for a small additional fee. The hotel is in a convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, but there are no signs so its difficult to find. There is a shortcut through the hotel, which we didnt know about until the final day, so ask the staff about that.
