I was bitten by bed bugs! I was really looking forward to my stay here but unfortunately, I was disappointed. On arrival, I requested an iron and they said they would send one to my room, crickets. Second day I made the same request and they said they would, crickets. Third day, I asked them for it now and they told me none was available and they'd reach out to me later, they never did. I requested to have my room cleaned and was told they would only arrange my bedding as they only clean after 6 days. Later on, another staff member told me that was false. Now mind you, I'd been itchy from day 1 and hoped it was not what I thought it was but I later found the bug and by that time, I had numerous visible bites all over my arms and back. I complained immediately and they did give me a new room and let me put my clothes in the dryer, and now I am paranoid, hoping I didn't take one home with me. Horrible experience overall and the only good thing was the food which and proximity to external amenities.
