"The staff made up for any downfalls that the hotel may have had. They were super pleasant and quick to respond to any request. The room is clean. The only downfall would be the handicap roll in shower. Looks like somebody had ripped out an old tub and put it in a walk-in shower there so water came out of it onto the floor easily. We still rate it a five because of the staff."

"The person at the desk named Amy. My wife forgot her long coat and glasses. We received a call from Amy telling us that she had my wife’s coat and glasses. She said she would box them up and mail them to us via a UPS shipment that we are prepaying with UPS. That was amazing and so kind of her to go above and beyond. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C was plenty cold. The bathroom was spotless. The free breakfast had plenty of options, including scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and a variety of juices. The location was convenient, with a nearby gas station and grocery store, and not too far from downtown. I would stay here again."

"The bottom lower level was cold and we could not get the temperature up past mid 60’s a weatherstrip is needed as there is a huge gap and there were no blankets in lower level to make-up for the coldness. The shower is only down stairs and makes it hard for upstairs guest to go down for showers need to list on website type of coffee maker so you can bring pods or ground Kleenex live TV is only lower level and needs to be both levels"

"Was in and out of the property upon check-in within about two minutes flat. Communication has been poor about a full refund. Upon walking in, we were greeted with hair all over the toilet and in the bathtub and shower, as well as when pulling down the bed when the owner asked me if the beds were at least made, there was also hair in the bed. I don’t know if it was some kind of prank, but it was horrific. I am still waiting to hear on the refund. "
