"Perfect hosts and a lovely place to stay"

"The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. "Had a standard room with 2 single beds. Beds very comfortable , air con good and slept well. Only disappointment was eggs at breakfast, we didn't arrive until 9.15 but the fried eggs and scrambled were dried out. The chef poked about with them as did 2 members of management but none seemed to realise that the fried eggs in particular were inedible and more akin to frisbees. Was a shame as all the other hot items were very good."

"Perfect Stay! The house itself is in great condition—everything was clean, charming, and comfortable. Gordon and Maggie were lovely hosts who gave excellent local suggestions, and the breakfast was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make me a full vegan breakfast and were incredibly cautious with food allergies. On top of that, the property surrounding the B&B is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!"
