"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. "The cabin was ok enough. No towels provided. There were mosquitos everywhere. It's really basic accommodation. The air-con leaked all over the TV that was on a shelf underneath - the maintenance man said the air-con was fine (it wasn't) and to hair dryer the TV! We never used it in case. We had ants ..."
