"Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book ."

"Clean basic room but I found bed uncomfortable as I could feel the springs in the mattress. Good helpful reception staff. This hotel is in a great location for Skegness centre and the beach. "

"Very basic hotel and quite dated. Close to town centre. No kettle in the room. No hot water. We where only there for 1 night. Staff not around but there is a number to call if needed."
