On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. On entering the property it was very grim , not clean at all. Things were very grubby like cupboards were greasy and dusty. The shower in downstairs room was not useable as it’s was completely broken and needed a new hose and rail which was taped with plumber tape( has been in previous reviews). The toilet didn’t flush at all until my husband actually fixed as that would have been terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable. The back garden was as bad as the front, nothing at all like the pictures described. This house has the potential to be fabulous as it’s in good location, and quite roomy. If someone spent time thoroughly cleaning the place it would be so nice . Would we stay there again…. Yes with some TLC , such a shame it was so dirty
