Small but perfect

Michele is one of the nicest people. Best support within shortest possible time. Big thank you! Noisy surrouding but by closing the window comfotable quiete Parking is Lucky but two places werde for free. Very quick to get out on main streets. Max 5 minutes walking to good Restaurant and 10 minutes to Tourist Hot Spot.

L'ospite è stato molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La stanza molto comoda e la pulizia eccellente. Cabina doccia spaziosa e riscaldamento anche in bagno tramite rastrelliera per asciugamani. Letto con materassi confortevoli, armadio spazioso. Torneremo!

The property was very well located for touring the old town and places of interest. The room was spoilt by stale odours in the bathroom. This was possibly due to a maintenance issue with the shower's drain.

Clean and modern B&B 5 min by foot from the centre. Check in was efficient and breakfast adequate. The host Michele was friendly and provided helpful information. There's paid parking directly in front of the property or free parking some distance away. Would recommend, especially to those with a car!

great location in Etruria land

it was a very nice experience in a beautiful premise and natural setting. only remark-they would charge 20 euro to light the salamander. in winter, it is quite a must. otherwise, there's air condition which maintained the room warm.
