"The room was very clean and had been recently painted - this was obvious due to the paint splashes on the floor and net curtains. It is also single glazing so even on the 11th floor outside noises can be heard. There is also no international power points or USB ports in the room but the staff were very helpful in getting an adapter for the room. The location is in a residential area so grab / taxi is needed to get to Ipoh’s points of interest. "

The cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistency throughout my stay did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced my comfort. "The bathroom was very tired with mouldy wallpaper and needed renovating. Bed was comfy and bedroom was spacious. Good air con and WiFi. The spa facilities were OK but Ivthought there was a swimming pool and actually it was only jacuzzi and plunge pool. Bit dark, again in need of a bit of a makeover. Steam and sauna too. Have to pay extra to use. Breakfast could do with more veggie options and some of the food had gone cold (buffet). Excellent location and lovely staff. "
