"Room was tidy but small. Affordable price. Downside in the room i stayed in is you had to share a bathroom with other rooms. Not ideal if you need to go to the toilet and someone is using the shower/bathroom/toilet facilities. The keys are electronic locks. The room i stayed in (room 8) i couldn’t get out of (and i was on the second storey with a window that only partially opened. Had to try pulling the door three/four times before the electronic locks opened and let me out of my room. Let the...

"Had a great two night stay celebrating my partners birthday. Dealt with a few members of staff via message prior to the stay and I really appreciated their prompt and clear responses. Special shoutout to Oliver who I dealt with over message and in person. He was on to it, delivered great customer service, made us feel welcome and ensured my parter had a special birthday! It’s the little things that go a long way and Naumi Hotel and each member of staff we encountered know exactly what’s up!"
