"Eine Unterkunft mitten im Rainforest. Sehr ruhig, großes Zimmer, die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin Samara war sehr freundlich, gab uns einige Tipps für Wanderungen. "

Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. "Grounds are immaculate. Great view of the bush/river. Comfy bed. Good water pressure. Manager was fantastic. Good location (7 mins from New Plymouth by car). Quiet, safe. Can bike safely to New Plymouth ( sidewalk to round about on state highway 3 then side street with on road cycle path). Restaurant with yummy food on site. Things that could be better: Had only one BBQ so you need to reserve it in advance. Great stay and definitely a place I would go back. "

"Misleading advertising by Millennium hotels, I paid extra to upgrade to a sea view and all i got was the driveway and the steel earthquake proofing beam. Out of all the rooms on this side of the hotel I got the only one without a balcony. Expedia VIP hotels are a class above this grade and it shouldn't be advertised as a credit to spend as it's only applicable in the terribly run down restaurant. I would like to say the staff are good and there are no issues with their service. "

"Parking and security excellent. Shopping ex cellent just across the road and takeaway foods a 2 minute walk Centrecity and town centre less than a 5 minte walk. A gr8t selection of restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets PaknSave New World The Warehouse even closer."

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Right near the coastal walkway and walking distance to the park. Our suite was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. If you need to park a vehicle it's a good idea to reserve a spot ahead of time. We didn't, but luckily there were two spots left. Lastly, Janine at reception is an absolute gem!"
