"Breakfast was good"

"Overall it was nice but I was in the street side and it was very loud, had to use white noise to sleep. Otherwise it was a nice room."

"The bed sheets have bloodstains on them. I reported it to the front desk, but they didn't do anything about it."

"Lovely view!"

"You can tell by the way the staff interacts with you that they really enjoy their work, Every member we met, like Blossom at check-in to the restaurant staff, treated us delightfully. This was our first time in an Autograph hotel. The furnishings in the lobby were fun, interesting, and made us feel welcomed in Santa Cruz."

"Friendly & very helpful staff. Clean linens, comfy beds. Super location. Had a great time & will stay here again!"

"The room was mostly updated and clean. Thin windows let in alot of noise from parking lot and outside. Staff was nice."

"I really enjoyed my stay with you. I could see the beach from my balcony and the boardwalk. It was a very pleasant stay for me. Thank you"

"Great location, pleasant staff."
