"It's a really nice property next to a marina. Quiet at night much livelier during the day. There is a shuttle from property to get to down town if you don't have a rental car. Rental car is needed and necessary in my opinion. The pool was great and there are three places to eat in the immediate area. Our first time here and we will be returning in the future. "

"I stayed in the Sun Room at Artists House. Its a nice quiet room at the highest level of the house. The room was nice decorated and very clean. Its a little loud from time to time at night woth trucks going by but nothing obnoxious. I only stayed the night and it suited my needs. I would stay again in a different room thats a little bigger. Breakfast in the morning was also well done. "
