"Room was clean but sparse with no phones Heated towel bar did not work. Room heat automatically goes down every 120 minutes to 16 degrees Was very disappointed to be told that as I booked through Expedia I would not accumulate Priority Club points"

"The heating and cooling system cannot be adjusted, making the rooms too hot and the hotel stuffy. Hotel cleaning staff were everywhere (including towels and carts sprawled out in front of the elevators) and were not friendly. Despite the number of staff, the body wash in our shower was not filled and only had about two pumps before it was out when I showered. Only stayed for one night and the location by the airport was convenient but wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"Very nice little hotel in good location to driving just about anywhere. It was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Check in and out was simple, nice staff. Restaurant staff not really very welcoming, we very much felt like outsiders and that we were just in the way. We ate the first 2 dinners there and one breakfast. Dinner food is absolutely outstanding but was disappointed that the breakfast menu on site was not the same online. I was really wanting the eggs Benedict but it wasnt on the...

"Lovely old building. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room. Bath was very nice. Breakfast was standard full buffet. Very fresh. Tips: We caught the train. From the station, it is a very short but steep walk. Ask for a non-adjoining room in the top floor. Being an old building, the sound proofing leaves a fair amount to be desired. Dinner was delicious but the portions of our curries were very modest."
