Good budget friwndly aparthotel

Was in lourdes for 4 nights. Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Les Jardins was a good aparthotel. The only complaint i have is the sofa bed was causing me pain in knee and back. The pool is nice cold to enter but you soon warm up when swimming

Basic but OK

This hotel/apartment was good booked two rooms one the air conditioning wasn't working right and they only cleaned one room the day before we booked out after 5days into our 7 day stay other room wasn't cleaned at all had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper bins were never emptied and they never check air conditioning even though it being reported give us a fan to use, rooms quite small glad I booked two rooms for 4 people as each room slept 4 and would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults. Having a pool was a great addition as it gave you a choice to relax by the pool some days but restaurant was closed and no were to get snack or a drink other then going to your room.

SATISFACTION

un séjour charmant pour prier et profiter du fameux marathon de Lourdes, je recommande Zénitude Hôtel Résidences Jardins De Lourdes à 100 % j'ai même bénéficier de bougies pour aller prier directement étant arrivé un peu tard suite au retard de mes transports tout était efficace ! Je reste à 100 % fidèle

Bien comunicado, ideal para estancias donde deseas llevarte tu propia comida. Muy limpio y tranquilo. La cocina pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, eche de menos un microondas. Totalmente recomendable, tiene parking de pago pero merece la pena.

Notre séjour a été globalement satisfaisant. Cependant, nous avons remarqué une odeur désagréable dans les toilettes, ce qui a quelque peu affecté notre confort. Il serait peut-être utile de vérifier le bon fonctionnement de la VMC dans les toilettes. Nous espérons que ce point pourra être amélioré pour le confort des futurs visiteurs. Belle découverte : séjour reposant proche de tout

Hôtel très bien situé, au calme, au centre ville, mais on peut tout faire à pied si on est valide. Le parking est réellement un avantage. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte sur des creneaux un peu plus large car le matin 8h c'est un peu tôt alors qu'on aimerait en profiter jusqu'à 20h, et aussi le dimanche après-midi. Chambres propres, sobres, équipées de ce qu'il faut pour entretenir si on y reste quelques jours. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Les petites informations en terme de vivre "éco" sont bienvenues. Une excellente adresse

Très surpris que le 2nd lit, un canapé-lit, du studio ne puisse être replié et diminue autant la surface de circulation, cela semble complètement idiot: nous étions 2 mais il n'y avait pas d'autre studio disponible à la réservation. Personnel d'accueil très compétent et agréable

Je suis arrivé à 18h15. La "réception" fermé à 18h !!! Il y a bien un numéro de portable mais personne ne répond. Après 45 min d'attente et les multiples essais de la plateforme hôtels.com. aucun résultat. Obligé de trouver un autre logement et n'ayant pas de nouvelles de l'hôtel, je pense ne pas être remboursé. Le minimum serait de contacter les clients avant 18h ou de leur donner les codes !! Fuyez.

L'accueil est souriant et professionnel.le studio est propre,bien agencé.un bémol pour la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien.La piscine pourrait être mieux entretenue mais a été bien agréable après un voyage de six en pleine chaleur.l'hotel esttres bien situé à quelques minutes du sanctuaire.l'endroit est parfait pour séjourner quelques jours.

Hôtel bas de gamme

Accueil limite !! Parking payant et il ont pas prévenu !!!! Pas de cafetière !! Chambre avec une forte odeur avec beaucoup de manque entretien niveau matériel , lit de mauvaise qualité , piscine avec pediluve qui marche pas ! Et quand au petit déjeuner a 12 euros ce très chère payer pour ce que c’est !!!! Même un un formule 1 ferai mieux !!
