I had a pleasant stay at the Petit Majestic hotel. The reception staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was reasonable. The room in Petit Majestic was okay. Definitely a budget room. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked fine. The room itself is small and dark and not well ventilated but if you are not in it for long. ie. Spending all the time in the sanctuary and grotto, it is fine. The noise was a little annoying outside from other guests and plumbing also was noisy, expecially at night. Lourdes is a special place to visit.

It is a country town so everything is simple. There's no Uber. Because it is quite you can hear noise in the hall way from adjoining rooms.

Le Petit Majestic is within perfect walking-distance to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. It’s also halfway between the Sanctuary and the train station, so is in an extra-convenient location. The staff was super friendly, they provided luggage storage after my check-out, and the price certainly cannot be beaten! I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is cheap but awful and very old. The room wasn't that clean, with a massive cobweb in a corner of the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny, old, very uncomfortable with tiles detached from the wall and an old dirty shower curtain. The plumbing was making awful noises all the time and you could hear the room next door using their bathroom. The window was broken, once opened it couldn't be closed, and once closed it couldn't be opened. The whole hotel smells bad, from the moment you enter into the reception area, in the corridors and inside room. Avoid this hotel!!

Loud noisy doors to bedroom, cleaner didn’t clean room everyday apart from one day and only hoovering part of the room. Cleaner attended one morning and left dirty towels behind in room. Shower tiles grubby and mould on tiles. For a two star ⭐ hotel lm disgusted by the service provided. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Booked a double bed and was given to single beds, not acceptable. I would like a refund?

Stay away filthy

Rooms were filthy we had to clean them ourselves. Staff were very unhelpful we had to ask 4 times for fresh towels and had to dry the used towels out the window to use again.Had to buy toilet paper as we were left with none even though we kept asking for it.Only for I had it prepaid there is no way we would have stayed we bought disinfectant wipes and had to clean the rooms ourselves absolute disgustingly hotel stay away the pictures they show are lies absolute disgusting

Les services au sein de l'hôtel sont sommaires mais efficaces. Cependant, si le séjour est dicté par le pèlerinage au sein du sanctuaire voisin, et en cas de finances serrées, cela est amplement satisfaisant. C'est néanmoins devenu mon hôtel attitré à Lourdes.
