A éviter si on veut un minimum de tranquillité

Odeur nauséabonde dans l'une des chambres et l'autre donnée côté rue trop bruyant, toute la nuit on était la chasse d'eau des autres chambres et les pas dans les couloirs... Mal dormi et on a demandé de changer de chambre, c'était pas possible...

Decepção e lesada

Ainda estou hospedada vou embora sábado dia 7. A única coisa boa é que próxima a tudo. Tudo que é descrito no anúncio é mentira, o que oferecem para higiene pessoal um sabonete e papel higiênico, escovas de dente 1€, shampoo nem em sonho a ducha está com defeito, a banheira não funciona, não existe TV alguma, nem travesseiros, a toalha tive que solicitar, tentei argumentar, mostrando o anúncio, mas não houve negociação. O espaço que estou instalada é fora do hotel em uma sacada. Estou me sentindo lesada pq paguei por uma estadia e estou em um espaço. Nunca tive experiência assim . Se alguém for reservar tenha muito cuidado com o Hôtel Croix des Nordistes. Não tirei fotos do quarto

Beaucoup de poussières. Poils/cheveux retrouvés sur tous les linges de lit. Ainsi que dans la salle de bain. Odeur de renfermée Saleté sur le sol (reste de croissant je pense) À évier d’urgence surtout avec de petits enfants qui touchent à tout.

déçu du séjour

Hôtel bien situé sauf qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking a nous de se débrouillé pour trouvé une place qui n' est pas forcément proche de l' hôtel. .la chambre réservé par internet n ' était pas la même arrivé sur place réservé avec 1 lits doubles et 2 lits simples et avec douche et baignoire séparer a l' arrivé 1 lit double et un lit superposé pas de douche et baignoire séparer salle de bain pas trop d 'eau chaud pas de bouchon pour prendre de bain tuyau abimé chambre pas faîte le matin personnel pas trop accueillant et femme de ménage qui n' a pas fait notre chambre hôtel triste et raisonnant

Personnel très accueillant. Accueil simple, sans complication. Le seul bémol est que le bâtiment est très sonore, en particulier entre les chambres voisines et au-dessus. Mais ça ne m'a pas réellement gênée. Dossier des chaises un peu durs pour des dos âgés.

Bij aankomst vroeg in de avond, was hotel dicht dat was geboekt! Nummers gebeld die op deur stonden vermeld. Geen antwoord. Expedia gebeld, die uiteindelijk de eigenaar belde. Volgens de eigenaar zou iemand naar de balie komen. Buiten lang gewacht in de regen. Niemand te bekennen. Uiteindelijk eigenaar opnieuw gebeld. Dit maal een vreemd verward verhaal om naar een totaal ander hotel te gaan om te overnachten. Ook hier een hoop problemen, en uiteindelijk een piep klein claustrofobisch kamertje ontvangen, dat geeneens goed schoon was met oud afgetrapt meubilair! Totaal niets gekregen van Expedia en het oorspronkelijke hotel dat was geboekt!!

Au final l'hôtel était fermé donc j'étais transféré à l'hôtel à côté(Duchesse Anne) en plein travaux de rénovation, chambre de 10m carré essentiel et vielle non seulement pour la deco mais aussi pour les équipements des toilettes et notamment la douche. Rapport qualité-prix suffisant mais je le déconseille pour des sejours de plus de 1-2 jours.
