We stayed there for a recent visit to the Lourdes grotto for 3 nights. The location is excellent and the hotel is nice. The restaurant and their servers are A especially, Joseph.

the best part of our stay is their restaurant. it’s a saviour as the area is dead when it’s not peak times. it’s like a ghost town. everything is close hahaha thank goodness their restaurant has an amazing chef!!!

There is nothing good about this property. Rooms are small, limited restaurant menu, astroturf vs. carpet in many areas and the spa is far from a spa. This place is smoke and mirrors, not a 5 star hotel and was misrepresented.

Lovely hotel
WOW! What a lovely place and as for the staff, just as lovely. This hotel was comfortable, and had just about everything if needed. We will be returning soon to Lourdes, France and will be staying at the this hotel again, unless they are sold out.

From the time we checked in staff was pleasant and helpful our room wasn't ready yet due to our early arrival but we went to an african restaraunt near by which was great highly recommend considering my mother is from a west african island and she enjoyed everything. Since our main pourpose was to visit the Grotto the property was very near by. I would highly recommend the Belfry and the restaraunt though only opened for breakfast and dinner, the dinner was outstanding, and a must have is the Osteria caviar m.

This hotel really wants to appear as a luxury property. But it falls short. The pictures online are beautiful but the details are just not refined—poor quality renovations, inattentive staff, sketchy location.

Belfry Spa - Worth a stay!

I think you are talking about the hotel where you were two days ago because our Hotel is the only 5 ***** in Lourdes, it reigns a fresh scent, our service includes a magnificent bar, a restaurant run by a starred chef, a SPA By Ligne St Barth, a heated indoor swimming pool, three Jacuzzis, two Saunas, a gym, private parking, one of the best breakfasts in France...

Nice, but perhaps slightly overrated
Hotel was a bit hard to find, but the location was quite convenient for walking to the sites and shops of Lourdes. Staff and services were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the showering system definitely needs re-engineering...can't avoid flooding the bathroom. Breakfast was fairly average...comparable to other 3 or 4 star hotels. Parking fee was very expensive, and there was no convenient alternatives for parking near the hotel.

Wonderful hotel. The Grand Belfry underwent renovation in recent years and the hotel enjoys careful management by the owners - a husband and wife team. Rooms with excellent views are available and the breakfast - which is an extra charge, as is usual - is very nice indeed. Plus, It is within reasonable walking distance to the Basilica. Very pleased with the Belfry Hotel. I have stayed at many European hotels and this is my new favorite.

Belfry's has beautiful view from the rooms overlooking the Lourdes Santuario from ocross the river . 10 mnts walk to the Santuary on one side and restaurants and market on the other side. I enjoyed my stay I wish we could have more time but unfortunately with the train strike we were forced to drive but drive to Lourdes was breathtaking too .very blessed...

In the middle of the night, a drunk man entered the hotel completely out of control in the serene town of Lourdes, known for its apparition of Mother Mary. He banged on the door next to my room and proceeded to beat the woman (who I have just found out was his wife) and destroy and break everything in the room. The police arrived and both were arrested. My experience was awful. I would like a refund.
