This is not a 5 star hotel. The management is very poor. They also practice silent race based discrimination where they give amenities like wine and upgrades or preferred rooms to White guests. The front desk staff lie a lot to deny black guests service

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We loved the location and how it was walkable to the church. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again :)

The hotel was within walking distance to the Lourdes sanctuary, 10 minutes. The area had lots of different options for restaurants. The room was very spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

I thought the property was nice and the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. I believe the receptionist in the front, Lily was so kind and helpful she even when out of here way to mail some postcards for my mother and helped us with all transportation. Everyone in dining area and servers were very kind to my daughter and well mannered. I did not like the location of the hotel. It is on a very high hill, pretty far from the basilica and it was a lot of walking for my mom and my daughter. I would have preferred a much more closer hotel to get back and forth to basilica easier. I was fine with the walking but my mother was not able to do it so we had to take taxis back and forth.

Very interesting property. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The room is modern and spacious. The location is great if you are in Lourdes to visit the Sanctuary. The only reason for the four star review is the excessive use of Astroturf on the stairs and in the elevators. I also do not understand why the hallways are painted black.

I believe this is the oldest hotel in Lourdes. The owners have done an incredible job of renovation. The attention to every detail from comfortable beds, beautiful bedding, amenities in the bathroom, a fantasticily gorgeous indoor, swimming, pool, and hot tub outside. The staff is obviously hand-picked for professionalism, extreme kindness cheerfulness. I especially like the evening checks to make sure everything is OK and if more towels or anything is needed in the room. Such a feeling of being cared for welcomed, and a feeling to be at home. An easy location walking to the grotto, as well as to shops and other features in the town of Lourdes, I highly recommend this for a beautiful respite while in Lourdes. Also dining at the restaurant, the food was phenomenal, extreme attention to detail in the preparation, quality and presentation of the meal. A gorgeous breakfast as well.

There is nothing good about this property. Rooms are small, limited restaurant menu, astroturf vs. carpet in many areas and the spa is far from a spa. This place is smoke and mirrors, not a 5 star hotel and was misrepresented.

This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. The staff were a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful. We wish we had booked additional nights. Highly recommended!
