Nice quiet stay. Ample parking. Very tidy room. Easy access to the hotel with plenty of amenities in the area. The only knock (very small one) was the television had burned out lines in the screen. I brought it to the attention of the front desk but no resolution was offered.

I had to get my room key card reset and wasn’t notified until I wasn’t able to get in my room late in the day. Had to call their emergency line only to hear to “give them a minute” after explaining the situation. They did not call me back and just left a new room keycard at the unmanned reception desk because they couldn’t find me (I was in front of the hotel entrance outside). Not only is this extremely inconsiderate and rude it is also very unsafe. After I called again to get an update on the resetting, the woman on the phone answered with an attitude. Even though the hotel was supposed to be smoke free inside, it smelled like weed everywhere and the hallways weren’t the cleanest.

The property looked nothing like the photos online. Random people up all night walking past the window. More like an apartment/extended stay and I was definitely not aware of that. I mean I guess it’s better than sleeping outside but definitely a hell no for me! Futon (that I had no idea was even in the room cause what I booked said 2 queen beds)Covered in dog fur. Whole room smelled like dogs. Top sheet dirty. Small kitchenette missing the dishwasher but not 1 single dish. Water damage to the floors, cabinets, and doors. Just terrible

It's an extended stay, if you've ever been to one then you know what I mean. Besides that, the room is a little dated and could be a little cleaner. A little noisy. Bed was comfy, pillows were small, there are two to a bed and I needed both of them for just myself.

It was awful no toilet paper in the room. The office was closed half the time you had to call them if you needed something. The bugs roaches were terrible spiders. I will never ever stay there again. The remote for the TV didn’t work half the time. The staff was rude. They wouldn’t clean our room. We couldn’t hardly get clean towels. I’m just never gonna stay there again.

Wifi sucks you cannot get it without calling a number hotel provide even with that internet still sucks.Their water goes out often making an inconvenience for you if you have to get ready for work or for the day. There's people constantly arguing and physically fighting. It's dirty. You have to clean your own room. The linens are stained. You must throw your own trash away, side doors are always open making it unsafe. I can’t say that the staff is amazing. The toilet in room was broken and the microwave vent as well the blinds.I can say the staff are very friendly.
