The breakfast wasn't good. There were not many good options. No muffins or sweet breads were availiable and no fruit other than bruised apples. I made a waffle with the mix that was provided and the waffle tasted chemically. Room was very clean, bed was great, A/C was nice and cold. I expected the TV's to have Roku or better channel options.

Rooms, were not clean at all the carpet in the room smell moldy, and the air conditioner worked very poorly would not stay there again, if you don't have the money to stay somewhere else then this might be for you but as for me I'm never going back.

When we got there the air was not on in the hall of our floor or in our rooms. The temp in the room never got below 80. The hotel was dirty. The room was clean but overall the hotel was very unkept.

Nice staff-super clean room-old hotel crappy neighborhood but never felt unsafe-if your looking for a place to get good night sleep at a reasonable cost this is a bargain-don't be 1 minute late for breakfast or you won't get any but a cup coffee

Bad hotel

We arrived at about 9-9:30 PM. It was still warm outside and the room was very warm. We tried to turn on the air conditioner on and couldn't. Went down to the desk and told them and he came up and said it needed to be reset. When it started it smelled terrible. We let it run for about 30 minutes and still wasn't that cool. The manager brought us up a fan to help get it cool. it ran all night. Why can't they get the room cool befor you arrive?? the room was not clean at all, stains on the rug, and a bug on the bed.

This is an older hotel, and the grounds are basic and a bit shabby, but the location is very convenient, right off a fwy exit, and inside it is pleasant and well-maintained. A good value.

My daughter ended up with bedbug bites after our trip, even after careful inspection of the beds and surrounding area of the beds. The room appeared clean however smelled of men’s cologne all weekend, and the pullout couch was disgusting. We did not use it, but it was disgusting.

Their staff was exceptional. Room was clean & beds were very comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day & towels restocked. This hotel was in an older industrial area, but was in a convenient location for Louisville downtown. They seem to be working hard to revamp the hotel & update it.

Cheap stay equals cheap hotel

One night stay, family trip. Stained bedspreads on both beds, wall paper coming off the walls, toilet loose from the floor, ac barely cooled the room. Just a bad choice of hotel.

Was concerned at first turning on the road. But once we got there it was nice the young man working was very nice an helped us. We had 14 of us an they cleaned our rooms daily an fresh towels. Id stay again

Room was booked weeks prior and late arrival was confirmed. Arrived after midnight and a 6 hour drive to find a room with bugs crawling on the wall as soon as the door was opened and in the bathroom . When front desk was told there were bugs in the room he response was DID YOU SEE BUGSS OR DID YOU SEE A BUG
