"I stayed here over the weekend for a basketball tournament and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience that needs to be addressed. On the morning of checkout (April 26, 2026), I had a few of my child’s teammates in the room while I was packing. It was around 10:30 a.m., and yes there were 13-year-old boys being a bit loud. Nothing unsafe or out of control. The front desk called to check in after a complaint, which I appreciated, and I immediately handled it by sending the boys back to their own rooms. What happened next was completely unacceptable. As I was leaving with my children, I reminded them to be quiet in the hallway. At that point, the cleaning staff member came out, mocked me in a sarcastic tone, and then called my children “disrespectful f***ing kids” directly in front of them, including my 7-year-old. This is not just rude. This is unprofessional, aggressive, and completely inappropriate behavior from someone representing your hotel. There is absolutely no justification for a staff member to speak to or about children this way ever. I paid a significant amount of money to stay here for the weekend, and instead of a positive experience, my children were insulted and disrespected by your staff. This situation should be taken seriously. Guests especially families should feel safe and respected, not belittled. If this is how staff handle normal, everyday situations, then there is a serious issue with training and accountability. "

"My wife and I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year when we visit her family in the city. The hotel is very clean and has super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good and they now have two new waffle makers since we last stayed. We definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice stay in Niagara Falls."
