"The room was enormously spacious and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. The staff were eager to help in any way they could. And the location was perfect for visitors wanting to be near the falls, with easily accessible parking and everything with walking distance."

"Hotel common areas are clean and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. AC/heating unit ran quietly. Sufficient channels on the TV. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower water pressure and temp controls very good, supplies ample. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, however the server we had for breakfast could use some training. Our first cup of our "bottomless" coffee arrived as we were just about finished eating breakfast from the buffet with a 2nd cup provided...

"The rooms were impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding. But, the biggest highlight of the stay was the host Joyce. She was the most welcoming, friendly and happy host that we have ever had. She made us feel so welcome and like we were visiting family. Thank you Joyce."

"Our room in the 5th floor, specifically room 512 was extremely clean. The jacuzzi was clean as well as the bathroom. No complaints on the room. It was away from the elevators and high enough to not hear any loudness from other rooms. Our view was of the street though"

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"
