Nice Room with Balcony

Rooms are small but had a lovely balcony with a good view. Water was never replenished in our room. Paying €20 per night for a dog is too much. Restaurant was over priced.

Un vrai nid douillet

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ma femme et moi au Mercure de Loudenvielle, et avons bien profité de l’ensemble des services proposés. L’hôtel est cosy, charmant, à proximité du skyvall et du loueur d’équipement de ski… La chambre est un vrai petit nid douillet. Le personnel est au petit soin, dynamique, agréable et très professionnel. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Un bon hôtel, je recommande le spa et le bar mais le petit dej est quelqu’un conque. Le seul point noir mais de taille, renvoyer deux fois en cuisine un plat de spaghetti arrabiatta car ce sont des vermicelles déjà présents la veille au menu avec des feuilles de menthe dépasse l’entendement d’un client pourtant peu exigeant. C’était je l’avoue la première fois que je refusais de manger un plat de ma vie. Le restaurant est à fuir ou se contenter d’une planche fromage charcuterie.

Très belle établissement, très chaleureux avec un personnel aux petits soins. Il faudra cependant revoir ou réajuster certains services. Un casier ski deux paires / chambre, nous étions trois. Piscine trop froide pour s'y baigner, dommage. Sauna en panne Réservation restaurant avec option non prise en compte. Nous reviendrons !
