"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Our recent stay at the Library Hotel made my daughter’s 10th birthday trip to New York City completely unforgettable! From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff treated us with such warm, genuine hospitality and incredible attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special throughout our stay, which added so much magic to our birthday celebration. The hotel itself is a gem—cozy, elegant, and perfectly situated. Being within walking distance of Grand...

"The location was great. Good size room for NYC. It was quiet. Has a cute bar. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great choice for 5th Avenue. The location is great for shopping. The hotel room is comfort with a warm atmosphere."

"Used to be my favorite place to stay. Almost seems as though once Marriott got involved it has lost its charm. warmth of staff is gone, rooms take forever to be cleaned. Workman pounding outside windows before 6 a.m. When they were new there was a lot of attention to detail. Not any more."
